Procurement Summary

Replace the existing air compressor as follows: • Disconnect the wiring and piping for the existing air compressor system. • Remove the old equipment and dispose of it. • Furnish and install a new enclosed air compressor system with an integrated refrigerant dryer to include the following salient characteristics: (*) are those that are not available in the American made products. o Enclosed* 141 PSI 460/3/60 scroll compressor package  Capacity must be within this range 31 cfm < capacity < 48 cfm  Maximum Working Pressure: 141 psig  Full Acoustic Enclosure, 63 dB(A) or better (quieter).*  Graphic Controller for Controlling and Monitoring the Unit  Integrated Refrigerant Dryer o 120 Gallon Receiver Tank  200 psig design pressure  Piped 3-valve bypass  Sight Glass  Electronic Drain o Proposed Schedule  Submit a basic Project timeline and a compressor system submittal for approval. o Submittals  Submit the compressor system submittal for approval. o Status Report  Provide updates on order status, or scheduling changes. o O&M Manuals  Provide Operation and Maintenance manuals. o Training  Provide 1-hour operation and maintenance training to operators, answer questions. Brand name or equivalent: 20 HP Beacon Meades LES20-145-RD-C 20 Hp Encl 141 PSI 460/3/60 Scroll, 47.9 cfm, Integrated refrigerant dryer. Remove, haul and legally dispose of existing air compressor system on the 7’x 7’ concrete pad inside the Mechanical room. The path of travel of all incoming (new) or exiting (demolished) must be through the loading dock.
