Access Data on Waivers to Made in America Requirements
Made in America laws apply government-wide to funds spent on products purchased by government agencies or funds obligated for infrastructure through grants, cooperative agreements, loans, loan guarantees and other forms of federal financial assistance (FFA). Exceptions (waivers) are issued by Federal agencies when domestic alternatives do not exist in sufficient and reasonably available commercial quantities of a satisfactory quality, or are not available at a reasonable cost, or when granting a waiver serves the public interest. Information on the waivers that are proposed or that have been issued is available in the Waivers section of this website. This data allows businesses to identify opportunities to fill gaps in supply chains and encourages greater participation in federal procurement.
