Procurement Summary

As part of our research on photonic integrated circuits for sensing and signal processing, we are developing on-chip electro-optic devices including modulators. Wafers for nanofabrication are needed that have thin-film, single crystal lithium niobate on top of an insulating layer, where specific geometric, material and surface quality specifications are required. The Contractor shall deliver a quantity of 10 LNOI wafers per the specifications set forth in the NIST requirements document.
