Procurement Summary

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) requires additional molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) sources/effusion cells to add to its existing MBE system. The sources must be compatible with previously purchased sources manufactured by MBE Komponenten and sold by United Mineral & Chemical Corp under previous competitively awarded contract number 1333ND22PNB680065 in order to integrate with the existing system.
