NOAA, Marine Operations Center- Pacific, Marine Engineering Branch in Newport, OR, has a requirement for four new Human Machinery Interface (HMI) control displays and logic controllers integrated within the Tess bow thruster control systems onboard the NOAA ships DYSON, BIGELOW, PISCES, and SHIMADA. Current displays and logic controls are obsolete and spares are limited. The upgrade to the new displays and controls will improve the system operator interface, be reliable and supportable.
