(FAR 25.402) However, using the evalustion procedures in FAR 25.502, left no U.S.-made or designated country end products. In accordance with FAR 25.502(b)(3) we would be exercising an exception to the Buy American Act (FAR 25.103(b)(2) Nonavailability) by utilizing a foreign manufacturer, as the best value quote received is quoting a foreign manufactured [end] product.
