The Government requires one (1) Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) Test Flow System manufactured by National Instruments.

The required system is not produced or manufactured in the United States in sufficient and reasonably available commercial quantities and of a satisfactory quality to meet mission requirements. Domestic offers were insufficient to meet the requirement and award will be made on other than a qualifying country or eligible end product as defined in FAR 25.001. The (articles, materials, or supplies) are not contained in the list of end products or components listed in FAR 25.104(a), and do not meet the requirements DFARS 225.103(b) (iii). The ASIC Test Flow System has the ability to log output data in real-time in accordance with parametric data. It has the ability to measure the current and voltage of the test microchips at the time of testing to include pinpointing short circuits and open circuits. The ASIC Test Flow system also has the ability to reach 100 Megahertz (MHz) for high-speed functionality testing and contains 32 Channels Individually clocked Digital General-Purpose Input/Output (GPIO) per execution cycle.
