Waiver Rationale Summary

Manufacturers of nitrogen converters were identified but none of the converters were manufactured in the United States. No nitrogen converters or nitrogen gas generators manufactured in the United States were identified that could meet the Government's needs. Based on the findings, the nitrogen converter is not mined, produced, or manufactured in the United States in sufficient and reasonably available commercial quantities and of a satisfactory quality. Therefore, it is hereby determined, consistent with FAR 25.103(b), that this item is nonavailable.
