Sole Source. Manufactured in Austria. Purchase and Installation of Grabner MINIVAP VP Vision Vapor Pressure Tester with options to purchase and install two (2) additional testers. The Chemistry Laboratory at NVFEL uses Grabner’s Cockpit software to run currently owned Grabner VP Vision instruments. The Cockpit software is used for running samples, archiving data, archiving calibrations, and transferring data to the Chemistry Lab databases. The Cockpit software is only compatible with Grabner instruments.

Waiver Rationale Summary

Waiver requested for 3 Years as purchase order will be Base plus two years. Allowing to purchase a total of 3ea Vision Vapor Pressure Testers of a 3 year period from award. It is not anticipated that domestic vendors will have compatible products within the three-year time.
