Procurement Summary

This proposed limited non-availability waiver would allow the Compass Memorial Hospital to purchase non-domestic Panelboards. Absent this waiver, the project would not be able to be completed given that Panelboards are an integral portion of the electrical system for the facility. The USDA has conducted market research and was unable to identify any manufacturers that can provide a complete package of Panelboards meet the project requirements and that are BABA compliant. If the waiver is implemented the project will be able to purchase the needed Panelboards and complete the construction project in a timely manner.
